Mayuran Tiruchelvam (Board of Directors)

Mayuran Tiruchelvam writes and produces films in the graduate film division at Columbia University. Mr. Tiruchelvam is also the founder and organizer of Regeneracion Childcare NYC. Regeneracion is a collective of volunteers that provide childcare for low income mothers of color involved in social justice movements. Mr. Tiruchelvam has worked as a freelance film producer, community organizer, youth counselor, human rights observer, translator, and graphic designer. He holds a B.A. in American Studies and African American Studies from Wesleyan University (2003).
