Leah Meltzer

Leah Meltzer is the newest member of culture PUSH team, assisting in web design as well as the production of the studio MARATHONS. She is interested in craft, performance, sculpture and photography.

She is currently attending her final year at New School University.  In June she will matriculate with a BFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design and a BA in Performance Art and Philosophy from Eugene Lang College. Since 2008 Leah has been participating in exhibitions and performances at such venues as the Puffin Room Gallery in SoHo and the DYI gallery spaces in Brooklyn. She has interned under photographer Ryan McGinley, and currently works in that capacity with visual artist Olaf Breuning.  Her mentors include performance artist Ishmael Houston Jones and photographer and Parsons professor George Pitts. Leah is 23 years old and currently living in Brooklyn, New York.
